Chevy Trailblazer Trim Level Overview

When you're looking to customize your new SUV, you'll want to be familiar with the five 2021 Chevy Trailblazer trim levels. The base level is the L, with the LS adding a few touches, the LT forming a mid-range trim, the Activ offers performance-related features, and the range-topping RS giving you luxury and all the bells and whistles. Let's see what each has to offer!

Base L and LS Trim Levels

The L trim nets you 16-inch wheels and an infotainment system driven by a 7-inch touchscreen with four speakers and Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ smartphone functionality. It also gives you an integrated 4G LTE Wi-Fi hot spot to stay connected. Finally, you'll get the Chevy Safety Assist suite that provides front crash mitigation with automatic brakes, lane-keeping features to keep you centered and help avoid drifting, and automatic high beams.

At the LS, you add a few more basic niceties, including 17-inch wheels, a front passenger seat that folds flat, floor mats, a compass, and vanity mirrors.

Chevy Trailblazer LT: The Mid-Range Trim

The LT level gives you a ton of extra features like fog lights, privacy glass in the rear, and convenience features like heated mirrors, keyless ignition and access, remote start, and cruise control. Heated front seats and a power adjust driver's seat up the comfort.

You also get roof rails to help you carry more cargo like bikes or a kayak.

Upgrade with the Activ and RS Trims

At the Activ level, you get performance and off-road features. You'll kick up the engine to a 1.3-liter turbo that puts out 155 horsepower with off-road tires and special exterior styling with a two-tone roof. Inside, you get simulated leather upholstery and leather wrapping on your steering wheel and shifter.

At the top level, you get all the above, and upgrade your wheels to 18 inches. You also get to enjoy eye-catching red interior accents.

Options Packages

You can also add one of the three options packages to your Trailblazer trim level. The Driver Confidence package offers extra safety features and is available at the LT and above. The Convenience package gives you more infotainment and convenience technology like extra charge ports, 8-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, and household power outlet at the LT and above.

Finally, the Activ and RS trims offer the Technology package with wireless device charging, extra safety, premium Bose® sound, wireless smartphone integration, and more.
