The 2023 Chevy Colorado presents three choices of engine to help tailor your truck to your needs:
- 2.7L Turbo engine
- 2.7L Turbo Plus engine
- 2.7L Turbo High-Output engine
The standard 2.7L Turbo engine provides 237 horsepower and 259 lb-ft of torque, along with 3,500 pounds of max towing capability when properly equipped. Meanwhile, the available 2.7L Turbo Plus engine delivers an extra kick with 310 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque.
The third option is the 2.7L Turbo High-Output engine, which delivers 310 horsepower and a whopping 430 lb-ft of torque. This engine was made for towing, boasting a 7,700-pound max towing capacity when properly equipped.
These engines come paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. To help keep your ride smooth and keep you in control, five drives modes—Normal, Tow/Haul, Off-Road, Terrain, and Baja—are available.
Inside the Chevy Colorado, you’ll find a roomy, modern interior with seating for up to five passengers. You’ll have an 8-inch fully digital color instrument display and an 11.3-inch infotainment screen, both of which are customizable to your liking. So, you can enjoy the latest in automotive innovation and stay connected to the outside world.
On top of copious room to stretch out, the Colorado provides plenty of utility in its bed. For instance, the available class-exclusive integrated tailgate storage gives you a lockable and watertight storage compartment that’s built into the tailgate.
